Phase 3 is underway! As part of our community-centered soil recovery efforts, we’re now composting fire-affected vegetation directly from burned properties—turning loss into healing.
Native plants, weeds, shrubs, and trees once scorched by fire are being transformed into locally produced compost. This isn’t just about rebuilding soil—it’s about reclaiming resilience, reducing waste, and closing the loop with materials grown right here at home.
Behind this effort is a growing team of local workers trained in ecological restoration and compost production. They’re learning, building, and restoring side by side with us—and we’re proud to support job creation rooted in sustainability and recovery.
Gratitude to all our partners and neighbors who make this work possible. Every pile of compost represents progress—from ash to abundance.
