Students receive 20 hours of science and industry training with professionals and experts in the composting field.

Team building and soft skills development are integral elements to our training so that students get a jump start on their professionalism!

Students complete a minimum of 10 hours and upwards of 48 hours of field training to hone their newly acquired skills and apply their knowledge.  301 Organics provides ample job shadow opportunities!
