Soil Safety Office Hours @ CORE 1-3pm

301 Organics hosts weekly office hours at the CORE Hub to help residents understand the Altadena Soils Relief Fund (ASRF) and learn how to become a Composting Host Site. During these sessions, our composting technicians are available to answer questions about soil testing, fire‑impacted soil conditions, and the different organic soil treatments available before, during, and after rebuilding. Residents can also explore land‑care practices that protect workers, reduce contamination risks, and support long‑term soil recovery. For those interested in hosting a composting site, staff provide guidance on site requirements, materials management, and how host sites contribute to community‑wide soil restoration.
